Quest do offer complete boards as well as components, and some of the components such as the bearings and bushings may actually need to be replaced once you get more riding experience.

Compared to Yocaher though, Atom actually offer a more extensive range of boards and for more riding styles. As well as carving, cruising, downhill and freeriding boards, Atom also have boards that are suitable for bombing, tricks, high intensity performance and off-roading. They even had electric boards on sale, too.
Although, they are much more expensive, and probably better for more advanced riders than for beginners.

Rimable offer good solid and durable maple longboards that are fairly priced, actually somewhat cheaper than Yocaher boards.
Compared to that of Yocaher boards, Rimable have no website and little online presence, which also means not much customer service. However, you can find quality and cheap Rimable longboards for sale on Amazon.
